The easiest and quickest way to receive your repeat prescriptions is online via our prescription request form here. The cost is €30.

How It Work

• Please allow 2 working days for prescriptions to be completed.
• Repeat Prescriptions cost €30.
• The fastest and easiest way to request your prescriptions is via the online form.
• We will email you once your prescription is ready to be collected from your nominated pharmacy.
• You will receive an email with a copy of the info you submitted and a receipt for your payment.
• A paper version of the online form can also be printed, completed, and returned to either of our locations.
• Following best practice, prescription requests cannot be taken over the phone.
• Prescriptions will be sent digitally to your nominated pharmacy.
• Prescriptions are not available in paper form / printed off form.
• Fees may be applicable for prescriptions.
